1. Official Game
· An official game
shall be 3 ½ innings with the home team ahead, or 4 innings with the visiting team ahead. A full game will be 6 innings long.
· There will be a
1-1/2 hour time limit on all games. No inning shall start after 1-1/2 hours have officially expired.
· If a game is official
and a team is ahead by 10 or more runs, the game will be called.
· Any game not official
shall be replayed from the beginning.
2. Playing Field
· A 35 foot pitching
mound will be used..
· Sixty (60) foot
base lines will be used.
3. Pitching
· One pitcher may
not pitch more than 3 innings total per game.
· One pitch thrown
will constitute as a full inning pitched.
· The total of 3 innings
may be spread throughout the game.
· If one pitcher pitches
more than a total of 3 innings, the game will then be forfeited.
3. Hit Batsman
· If a pitcher hits
3 batters in one game, the pitcher must be removed and cannot return until the next game.
4. Base Runners
· Base runners may
only advance one base on a passed ball
· Base runners may
not advance to the next base on an overthrown pick-off attempt by the pitcher or catcher (pick-off attempt is a ball thrown
by the pitcher or catcher to try to put out the runner on the base).
- Minimum Number of Players on Defense
· A team must field
a minimum of 7 players within 15 minutes after the scheduled start of the game. Any team not fielding at least 7 players shall
forfeit the game.
6. Overthrows
· One base is allowed
on an overthrow (overthrow is beyond the foul lines).
· If the ball does
not go beyond the foul lines, play will continue and the runners may continue to advance until ball control is achieved.
7. Defensive Ball Control
· Runners cannot advance
if the pitcher has the ball within the pitcher’s circle or when an infielder has control with the ball held in front
of the lead runner.
