The Junior Division will conform to NSA
sanctioned rules in all league games
except for the following as noted:
1. Game Length
· 1 hour and 30 minutes long from
the noted starting time as agreed upon
between the two (2) managers and the umpire.
· No new inning
(either full inning or ½ inning if the home team is
winning will start after the 1 hour and 30 minute time limit has expired.
- Minimum Number of Players on Defense
· A team must field a minimum
of 8 players within 15 minutes after the
scheduled start of the game. Any team not fielding at least 8 players
shall forfeit the game.
3. Pitching
· One pitcher may
not pitch more than 3 innings total per game.
· One pitch thrown will
constitute as a full inning pitched.
· The total of 3
innings may be spread throughout the game.
