NEW THIS YEAR:

Only one check will be needed to register this year, all volunteer checks will be
deposited before the season starts. League issued checks will be given back when you have completed your volunteer
time slot.

A $10.00 late fee per child will be charged after Jan. 16th.

3 copies of the registration form along with 3 copies of the uniform order form MUST
be completed and sent in, we only need 1 form filled out for each of the clinics that you would like to enter. Once your forms
have been recieved you will be contacted by a league member and the raffle tickets will be given to your manager at the draft.
