Please note the following:

** For safety reasons, no children are permitted in either of the concessions stands. There are usually several crock pots plugged in, as well as other machines (ie. pretzel machine, popcorn machine, nacho cheese machine) that get very hot.

** Volunteers must be at least 15 years old to work in the stand. 

** A reminder call will be made on Sundays for the entire following week. If you are unable to work your shift, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled shift so that I may find a replacement.


          The following information was distributed to Team Managers as well as at the Team Mom meeting. We hope this will help clarify any questions.

We have mandated a $75.00 family work deposit this year. This spreads out the work and helps keep everyone involved.

$75 family work detail deposit:

** Refund if a board member, commissioner, special event chairperson head, etc.

** Families must work two separate shifts of 4 hours each to receive their work deposit back.

** Refund for (1) Manager, (2) Coaches, (1) Team Mom per team limit 

** PLEASE NOTE: Manager, coaches and team mom checks will be returned upon completion of their duties.

** Two maintenance day volunteers per team limit.

** Refund for working two shifts in concessions (schedule will be available at picture night)

** PLEASE NOTE: All families will have until May 13th to sign up for one of the above-listed volunteer slots.  

**  The League will be operating both the Stephens Park Concession stand as well as the Rohrman concession stand this year.
